HB2441 HED AMT 2-9

            The Committee on Education moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

                        H. B. 2441 –– A BILL to amend and reenact §18-5-19 and §18-5-19d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to limiting the liability of county boards of education for loss or injury resulting from the use of school property made available for unorganized academic, athletic or recreational activities.
